This type of production and processing has higher requirements on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy plates.

Wave patterns are generally made in brush milling machines or rubbing machines. Use the radial fitness exercise of the upper set of grinding rollers to rub the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate to obtain a jumping pattern.

Swirl is also called optical rotation. There are still differences in the surface layering that can be obtained by the two processing processes.

In addition, there is an alloy aluminum plate processing technology that is close to sandblasting, but it is carried out in a chemical corrosion method. It is also called organic chemical sand erosion or organic chemical sand surface erosion. It is especially suitable for aluminum profile surface resolution. The symmetrical properties are far better than the sandblasting process. Organic chemical sand surface etching is divided into acid-alkaline etching and partial alkali etching. According to different etching organic solvents and sand surface agents, different surface colors and sand particle sizes can be obtained.
