What factors affect the chromatic aberration of the aluminum plate surface

 If the actual effect of the aluminum double plate color cannot exceed the estimated actual effect, it will cause great harm to its use. In manufacturing, what are the chromatic aberrations that affect the surface of the aluminum plate?

Color cast elements on the surface of aluminum sheet:

1. The temperature of the dyeing aqueous solution.

The dyeing of aluminum veneer is divided into cold dyeing and hot dyeing. Cold dyeing takes a long time in the processing process, and has a good grasp of the color uniformity. The heat dyeing application time is short, but there is no way to control the color. The heat dyeing temperature is generally 40℃60℃. If the temperature is too high, it will reduce the absorption of dyeing, and it is very easy to make the surface of the aluminum plate bloom.

2. The damage of air oxide film to the quality of aluminum veneer.

Air oxide film refers to the thickness, porosity, and clarity of aluminum veneer. The thickness of the air oxide film in the aluminum plate can be maintained at about 10μm, the porosity and clarity can be obtained, and better dyeing quality can be achieved.

3. The concentration of the staining solution. The concentration of the dyeing solution is related to the dyeing. After the aluminum veneer is colored, the density is lower, and the light color density is slightly higher. If the dyeing density is high, it will cause uneven or fluctuating color, which is very easy to appear in the whole process of cleaning and turning off the "fluidity color". In order to improve the ability of the dye to absorb the dye, low-concentration colors are used to increase the dyeing, so that the molecular structure of the dye can penetrate into the air oxide film holes more evenly, making the color more harmonious and firm.

4. The hazards of the raw materials of aluminum double-plate parts. In general, high-purity aluminum, aluminum-magnesium, and aluminum-manganese-aluminum alloys have good dyeing characteristics during the processing after oxidation treatment and can be dyed into a variety of colors. For the silicon or copper-heavy boards, only dark brown and gray-black are dyed during the whole dyeing process, and the color is simpler.
