Why do aluminum coils have rolling problems after high temperature refrigeration?

发布时间:2020-8-29 15:04:46      点击次数:872

In the whole process of aluminum coil making, in order to help change its appearance, the aluminum coil manufacturer must carry out high temperature heating to solve it. In the case of high temperature, it will be softer and its appearance is also very easy to produce After some changes, after the appearance is adjusted, its temperature can be reduced to maintain a certain strength. However, in some cases, after the high temperature refrigeration is carried out, the aluminum coil will have some rolling problems. What is going on What?

The bending condition occurs during cooling. The reason is: under the general air-cooled standard, the heat transfer index of each part of the aluminum coil is similar to that of the gas, but due to the difference in thickness or appearance, the heat dissipation rate of the heat pipe of each part is not the same. In balance, the aluminum coil manufacturer causes the heat pipe heat dissipation rate of the thin-walled part or the hollow tube to be slower than the thick-walled part, causing it to be bumpy to the hollow part or the part with thicker wall during cooling.

The reason for bending and the whole process are as follows:

1. The temperature of the thick-walled part decreases quickly, causing the shrinkage first, and the temperature of the thin-walled part or the hollow tube decreases slowly, and there is basically no shrinkage;

2. Part of the thick wall has a small cross-section, resulting in small contraction force, or it is removed by the driving force of the optical cable tractor;

3. When leaving the optical cable tractor, the temperature drops again;

4. Part of the thin-walled part or part of the hollow tube has a large cross-section. As the temperature decreases, it slowly causes a large shrinkage force. The temperature of the thick-walled part has been greatly reduced, and no shrinkage force or small shrinkage force is caused;

5. The shrinkage force on the cross section of the aluminum coil is uneven, and the thin wall part or the hollow tube part is bent along the extrusion molding direction.

Above is the detailed introduction of the aluminum coil manufacturer's explanation of the problem of rolling of aluminum coil after high temperature refrigeration, and I hope to be able to provide some assistance to everyone.
